During this one-on-one appointment, we'll review your medical history, lifestyle, previous weight loss efforts, and overall health to develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Treatment options may include medical weight loss programs, GLP-1 medications, wellness support, nutritional guidance, and ongoing accountability. Our goal is to help you achieve safe, sustainable results through a medically supervised approach designed specifically for you. Consultation Fee: The $149 consultation fee may be credited toward enrollment in a qualifying weight loss program within 14 days.

A comprehensive medical consultation for men experiencing symptoms that may be associated with low testosterone or hormonal imbalance, including changes in energy, strength, body composition, mood, libido, or overall well-being. During your consultation, your medical provider will review your health history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. Appropriate laboratory testing will be reviewed or ordered as clinically indicated to help determine whether testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or another treatment approach may be appropriate. Once required laboratory results are received and reviewed, eligible patients will be contacted to discuss treatment options and next steps. Treatment and prescriptions are based on medical evaluation, laboratory findings, and provider determination. Consultation does not guarantee eligibility for TRT or a prescription.
